What is the best way within a Lisp routine to establish whether a block is
available for purging?

I use 'tblsearch' to establish whether the block exists within the drawing,
but then want to check whether the block is actually inserted into the
drawing.
Is there an entity code that confirms whether the block is in use, or not?
