Vintage is definitely in style, and with that being said, Nike has
placed the “vintage” label on many of its classic silhouettes. The
Nike Air Max 2011 lifestyle shoe has been a very popular sneaker
throughout the first half of 2010. Colorways such as birch and navy
were definitely like by many around the sneaker community. Nike has
now released the All Court Low Vintage lifestyle shoe in White/Black.
The 100% all-white canvas upper is contrasted by a black swoosh and a
vintage Nike logo on the tongue. However, the real vintage attribute
is seen in the form of the stained sole. Other features include white
laces and a white inner lining.
Nike’s been pushing their Dynasty 81 Hi lifestyle shoe to the max this
year, releasing a half dozen colorways so far with plenty more planned
to launch throughout the rest of the year. For this new addition to
the retro high-top lineup, Nike covered the entire upper in black,
however, unlike the solid Black Dynasty 81 that released back in
February this pair features some noticeable differences. Instead of
the smooth leather uppers which have been accustom to the Nike Air Max
90 lifestyle shoe, this pair features a combination of textured
leather and what looks to be nylon, with a dab of smooth leather on
the swoosh. Depending on how you angle the shoes you’ll also notice
some faint hits of purple worked onto the edging of the paneling. More
noticeable accents of the color appear on the tongue and heel
branding, and on the outsole.
