Winthrax info request

Hi,

Does anyone know of, or have any information regarding the winthrax
tool?
Specifically, I am interested in if it read / write every byte of its
test (or only
some of the bytes for a random-like test)?

The binary is available from NCR website but there is no documentation
or
other information apparently available.
