DB: add site wuarchive.wustl.edu

Most of the USENET sources and binaries groups are archived in their
entirety and wuarchive is also an official mirror site for the
Info-Mac archives. Also kept on wuarchive is a complete collection of
the RFC and IEN documents, all of the GNU software and complete source
to TeX and the X windowing system (Version 11R3). Most of the files
are compressed to conserve disk space.
