Hello,

More philosophy about the smart patterns and about abstraction..

So i will give you a smart question that is like a Mensa IQ test, here it is:

What is the important relation between the exponential progress of
our humanity and abstraction and the smart patterns and functional programming ?

So you are noticing that you have to be smart so that to answer correctly this question, and answering this question is really important, also i can logically infer from the answer of the above question that i can invent a new proverb from it, so here is my new proverb in french and english about it:

"The intelligent favors healthy eating over tasty eating, and by analogy we can also say that the intelligent also favors the effective speaker over the sweet talker"

"L'intelligent privilégie le manger santé au manger qui a du goût, et par analogie on peut aussi dire que l'intelligent aussi privilégie le parleur efficace au beau parleur."

Here is my other just new proverb that will help you to understand
what i want you to understand, and it is like a Mensa IQ test:

"Is understanding the patterns of functional programming and all understanding of functional programming? so then the intelligent will pedagogically follow the same way of effectively learning functional programming from the patterns of functional programming, so it is also an effective abstraction and it is an effective top-down methodology, and it permits you to be really efficient, and i am doing it smartly, since i am finding with my smartness more of those patterns or smart patterns that permit this effectiveness "

I am rapidly inventing and thinking and writing my following proverbs:

Here is my just new proverb:

"Even silence makes us advance, since a human life full of silence is not the right diversity as a balance that makes the good reliance"

Here is my other just new proverb in english and french:

"Learn to lift your head with dignity because even the sea has threatening waves."

"Apprends à élever la tête avec dignité car même la mer a des vagues qui menacent."

And here is my other new proverbs read them carefully:

More philosophy about our Era and about the democratization process and more..

I have just written the following:

--

I invite you to look at the following interesting video:

Future AI will REVOLUTIONIZE games

https://www.youtube.com/watch?v=nx8RPnrP9W0

--

So as you are noticing by looking at the above video that games
development will soon be democratized with AI, so look at the
above video carefully to notice it, and read my following
thoughts of my philosophy that talks about our Era that
is characterized by democratization of technology and democratization
of information and democratization of finance:

I am a white arab, and i think i am smart since i have also
invented many scalable algorithms and algorithms..

Yet more philosophy about what you see is not what you see and more..

So i can say to humans the following:

"What you see is not what you see"

So we have to "decompose", so the first "what you see" in
the sentence above is the "reality" that you see, and
the second "what you see" is both how you see with your eyes "and"
how you see with your thinking the reality, so then i have just made you understand that most of humans are using linear thinking and not exponential thinking that understand the exponential
progress of our humanity and that understand the law of accelerating returns, and this linear thinking is not correct thinking, so this linear thinking makes our thinking of the reality not correct, so we can
then logically say to humans: "What you see is not what you see."

Look at the following video to understand more the way of exponential thinking:

Exponential Progress: Can We Expect Mind-Blowing Changes In The Near Future

https://www.youtube.com/watch?v=HfM5HXpfnJQ&t=144s

More philosophy about the human existence..

I also invite you to read my following philosophy in my following beautiful webpage about human existence:

https://scalable68.godaddysites.com/f/my-philosophy-about-human-existence

More philosophy about education and the forms of human communication..

I think that our societies are experiencing many changes,
among the many changes is that we are using multimedia
way of communicating like youtube, but if you notice
carefully this way of such youtube way is a form of human communication that looks like an oral tradition that lacks good and precise thinking and precise writing, so i think that we have to be careful since i think that we have to "master" more the way of good and precise thinking
and precise writing so that to adapt correctly and efficiently,
so there is a "distinction" to be made about the form of human communication, since i think that the form of good and precise thinking and precise writing by also using hypertext and hyperlinks is the way to go. So notice below how i am thinking and writing my philosophy with
a much more efficient way of doing since it is technical and it is a much more efficient and precise way of thinking and writing.

This is why i have also just said the following:

More of my philosophy about the hyperlink and hypertext revolution and the web..

I think the best things that have happened to internet is
the exponential growth of data and information on internet(and it is good for artificial intelligence) and the how it is organized efficiently, i mean this hypertext and hyperlink way of organizing information on internet is "so" powerful and i think it is what have revolutionized internet, here is the definition of hyperlink:

"A hyperlink is a word, phrase, or image that you can click on to jump to a new document or a new section within the current document. Hyperlinks are found in nearly all Web pages, allowing users to click their way from page to page."

So this is why you have to be optimistic since i am also organizing my
thoughts of my philosophy and political philosophy more efficiently in an hyperlink way too, but i will organize them much more efficiently as a pdf and html book and you will be able to download them from my website.

So i am very optimistic about our world, since our humanity is progressing in an exponential way, and data and information in internet is growing in an exponential way, and our era of globalization has been characterized by the democratization of technology, democratization of finance, and democratization of information, and economies of scale resulted in the most affordable price of any product for the consumer without the manufacturer having to sacrifice profits(and this economies of scale needs globalization too) etc., so i think our world is becoming much more powerful and efficient.

More of my philosophy about creativity and innovation..

I have just talked before about the importance of the following
statement in business:

"The focus should be on the product, since if the product is good
the profits will follow"

But notice that it is saying that if the product is good then the
profits will follow, so as you are noticing we have to define what
is a good product ? and does a good product only comes from science or from engineering? not at all !, since the product can become good by the process of creativity, and then we have to define creativity, and creativity needs globalization, since creativity and innovation come from ideas circulating and combining across nations and industries, and i invite you to read about what is creativity in the following interesting web page from Yale university:

What Is Creativity?

https://insights.som.yale.edu/insights/what-is-creativity

And read all my following thoughts about my philosophy as a philosopher:

More philosophy about the german philosopher Martin Heidegger..

I invite you to read the following article about the german philosopher Martin Heidegger:

https://www.theguardian.com/commentisfree/belief/2009/jun/05/heidegger-philosophy

I am a philosopher and i think that the german philosopher Martin Heidegger is an inferior philosopher, so i invite you to read all my following thoughts of my philosophy since i think that my philosophy
is superior to other philosophies of other philosophers:

More of my philosophy about the philosopher and economist Adam Smith and more..

Are Robots Coming for Our Jobs? Careful, It’s a Trick Question

https://singularityhub.com/2019/07/22/will-robots-take-our-jobs-careful-its-a-trick-question/

And notice that it says the following:

"...Economic disparities have become more pronounced, with those at the top of corporate ladders raking in the money while much of the workforce sees no difference in earnings. These disparities (along with the technologies themselves) have fed into political polarization and helped fuel a rise in identity politics, nationalism, and the election of strongmen."

But i think my following philosophy gives a solution to the above problem, so i invite you to read all my following thoughts of my philosophy to notice it:

More of my philosophy about egoism and competition and collaboration and cooperation..

I invite you to look at the following video:

Why is Communism So Appealing?

https://www.youtube.com/watch?v=Q_0UAsaqaOc

I am not a communist, my political philosophy is different,
and i think my philosophy is better, and i am explaining it in
my below thoughts, i think that the philosophy of the philosopher and economist Adam Smith was lacking on efficiency, since he said that "Human egoism is the engine of the properity and happiness of nations" and i think it is not true, simply because creativity and innovation come not only from competition and its egoism, but they also come from ideas circulating and combining across nations and industries(so they need globalization), but egoism of competition is too much extremism that hurts because it has also the tendency to make ideas not circulating and combining efficiently across nations and industries, so my philosophy says that we have to seek like a balance between competition and collaboration or cooperation, and this needs also collaboration and cooperation by sharing ideas and sharing knowledge and sharing PhD papers and sharing open source softwares etc. and here is my new philosophy and model, read it carefully in my following thoughts:

More philosophy about the Scottish and economist and philosopher called Adam Smith..

I invite you to look at the following video about Adam Smith:

ADAM SMITH - La main invisible

https://www.youtube.com/watch?v=OIvtWvDkkVk

You can read about Adam Smith here:

https://en.wikipedia.org/wiki/Adam_Smith

I think that i am a philosopher that is smart, and i say that
the philosopher and economist Adam Smith was not right by saying the following(you
can listen to it in the above video):

"Human egoism is the engine of the properity and happiness of nations"

I think that Adam Smith is not right by saying so, since my new philosophy and model says that you have to seek like a balance between collaboration or cooperation and competition(and egoism comes
from competition), my philosophy says that innovation and creativity
not only come from competition but it also come from ideas circulating and combining across nations and industries(so they need globalization),
so in my philosophy creativity and innovation needs also collaboration and cooperation by sharing ideas and sharing knowledge and sharing PhD papers and sharing open source softwares etc. and here is my new philosophy and model:

My today talk is about white supremacism and neo-nazism and the far-right and nationalism.

So the first philosophical question is how to talk about
those above ideologies?

I think that it is also like a Mensa IQ test, so since i think i am smart, i have to use my smartness to solve the Mensa IQ test, so when you are smart, so how can you solve the problem(that is like a Mensa IQ test) of those above ideologies ? i think that i have first to detect the important pattern with my fluid intelligence, and i have to see clearly the pattern(like for example getting into the details from the abstraction of the pattern), and the important pattern is the following:

Notice that it is like an optimization problem of artificial intelligence that looks like PSO(Particle Swarm Optimization), it is what we call Swarm intelligence, and in PSO(Particle Swarm Optimization) there is what we call local optimization that we call exploitation, and there is what we call global optimization that we call exploration(read about PSO in my thoughts below so that to understand), so if PSO is not balanced correctly with exploitation and exploration it can not converge to the global optimum, we say that PSO has to guarantee the optimal convergence, so if it is not correctly balanced with both exploitation and exploration it can get stuck in a local maximum and not to converge to global optimum, so then notice that with logical analogy, exploration and exploitation of PSO(Particle Swarm Optimization) is in philosophy like seeking the right balance between individualism and collectivism that guarantees the optimal convergence like in PSO, or it is like seeking the right balance between collaboration and competition that guarantees the optimal convergence like in PSO, so then since the above ideologies are nationalism and nationalism is too much local optimization and lack of global optimization , it is too much competition and lack of collaboration or cooperation, so it is by logical analogy like too much exploitation and lack of exploration in PSO, so this is not good and here is how to notice it , read the following:

Read the following article about economic nationalism:

Rise of Economic Nationalism and Its Implications

https://www.lewisu.edu/experts/wordpress/index.php/rise-of-economic-nationalism-and-its-implications/

Notice that it says the following:

"Countries benefit with cooperation between countries to mutual benefit, becoming too nationalistic at the expense of its partners is counterproductive. It is an approach that creates conflict. Being more nationalistic tends to be a zero sum game in an increasingly interdependent world economy, where countries depend on other countries for their economic and political and national security well being. When companies cooperate, they can become more competitive. When they are more competitive, they hire more workers, pay higher salaries, and otherwise contribute to economic growth. Economic nationalism is a bad policy."

So a you are noticing that nationalism is not the right way to do.

This is why i also said the following:

More political philosophy about globalization and nationalism..

I am a white arab and i think i am more smart, so today i will
talk about a very important subject about Globalization and nationalism,
so i will invite you to look at the following video of Marine Le Pen of
the far-right political party in France:

Marine Le Pen explains why nationalism is important

https://www.youtube.com/watch?v=fNpI9wKnE8Q

As you notice that Marine Le Pen is saying in french that the
fight today is between nationalism and globalization, since
Marine Le Pen says that globalization is a treat to national
identity and is a treat to national sovereignty, but i think that Marine Le Pen is not understanding correctly globalization, since i think that nationalism is too much competition and communism and socialism is too much collaboration , so i think the best way is to seek like a balance between collaboration and competition and when we look
at globalization you will notice that we are collaborating with others by for example sharing Open Source softwares or Free softwares or PhD papers or knowledge on internet etc, and we are also competition by not collaborating with others, and with this new kind of model we are noticing that we are not just one identity like being french, but we are becoming multiple identities because this kind of new model is making a part of us that collaborate "universal", and this is why i think that Marine Le Pen is not understanding correctly this new kind of model of like seeking a balance between competition and collaboration , and i think that this new model is better because it is more efficient , because i think this partly collaboration of this new model is good and more efficient for creativity, innovation, adaptability and speed of progress, i also think in capitalism the price of internet has gotten cheap and the price of computers has gotten cheap, so we are able today to access internet with a low price and benefit from "collaboration" and also sharing in internet, for example look at me, i have invented many scalable algorithms and i have decided to share some of them with the others, and it is of course collaboration , so look for example at my following inventions of scalable algorithms that i have shared with others, here they are:

https://sites.google.com/site/scalable68/scalable-mlock

https://sites.google.com/site/scalable68/scalable-reference-counting-with-efficient-support-for-weak-references

https://sites.google.com/site/scalable68/scalable-rwlock

https://sites.google.com/site/scalable68/scalable-rwlock-that-works-accross-processes-and-threads

https://groups.google.com/forum/#!topic/comp.programming.threads/VaOo1WVACgs

https://sites.google.com/site/scalable68/an-efficient-threadpool-engine-with-priorities-that-scales-very-well

Also i have decided to not share others of my scalable algorithms and it is competition, so i am seeking like a balance between collaboration and competition.

More philosophy about what is artificial intelligence and more..

I am a white arab, and i think i am smart since i have also invented many scalable algorithms and algorithms, and when you are smart you will easily understand artificial intelligence, this is why i am finding artificial intelligence easy to learn, i think to be able to understand
artificial intelligence you have to understand reasoning with energy minimization, like with PSO(Particle Swarm Optimization), but
you have to be smart since the Population based algorithm has to guarantee the optimal convergence, and this is why i am learning
you how to do it(read below), i think that GA(genetic algorithm) is
good for teaching it, but GA(genetic algorithm) doesn't guarantee the optimal convergence, and after learning how to do reasoning with energy minimization in artificial intelligence, you have to understand what is transfer learning in artificial intelligence with PathNet or such, this transfer learning permits to train faster and require less labeled data, also PathNET is much more powerful since also it is higher level abstraction in artificial intelligence..

Read about it here:

https://mattturck.com/frontierai/

And read about PathNet here:

https://medium.com/@thoszymkowiak/deepmind-just-published-a-mind-blowing-paper-pathnet-f72b1ed38d46

More about artificial intelligence..

I think one of the most important part in artificial intelligence is reasoning with energy minimization, it is the one that i am working on right now, see the following video to understand more about it:

Yann LeCun: Can Neural Networks Reason?

https://www.youtube.com/watch?v=YAfwNEY826I&t=250s

I think that since i have just understood much more artificial intelligence, i will soon show you my next Open source software project that implement a powerful Parallel Linear programming solver and a powerful Parallel Mixed-integer programming solver with Artificial intelligence using PSO, and i will write an article that explain
much more artificial intelligence and what is smartness and what is
consciousness and self-awareness..

And in only one day i have just learned "much" more artificial intelligence, i have read the following article about Particle Swarm Optimization and i have understood it:

Artificial Intelligence - Particle Swarm Optimization

https://docs.microsoft.com/en-us/archive/msdn-magazine/2011/august/artificial-intelligence-particle-swarm-optimization

But i have just noticed that the above implementation doesn't guarantee the optimal convergence.

So here is how to guarantee the optimal convergence in PSO:

Clerc and Kennedy in (Trelea 2003) propose a constriction coefficient parameter selection guidelines in order to guarantee the optimal convergence, here is how to do it with PSO:

v(t+1) = k*[(v(t) + (c1 * r1 * (p(t) – x(t)) + (c2 * r2 * (g(t) – x(t))]

x(t+1) = x(t) + v(t+1)

constriction coefficient parameter is:

k = 2/abs(2-phi-sqrt(phi^2-(4*phi)))

k:=2/abs((2-4.1)-(0.640)) = 0.729

phi = c1 + c2

To guarantee the optimal convergence use:

c1 = c2 = 2.05

phi = 4.1 => k equal to 0.729

w=0.7298

Population size = 60;

Also i have noticed that GA(genetic algorithm) doesn't guarantee the optimal convergence, and SA(Simulated annealing) and Hill Climbing are much less powerful since they perform only exploitation.

In general, any metaheuristic should perform two main searching capabilities (Exploration and Exploitation). Population based algorithms ( or many solutions ) such as GA, PSO, ACO, or ABC, performs both Exploration and Exploitation, while Single-Based Algorithm such as SA(Simulated annealing), Hill Climbing, performs the exploitation only.

In this case, more exploitation and less exploration increases the chances for trapping in local optima. Because the algorithm does not have the ability to search in another position far from the current best solution ( which is Exploration).

Simulated annealing starts in one valley and typically ends in the lowest point of the same valley. Whereas swarms start in many different places of the mountain range and are searching for the lowest point in many valleys simultaneously.

And in my next Open source software project i will implement a powerful
Parallel Linear programming solver and a powerful Parallel Mixed-integer programming solver with Artificial intelligence using PSO.

More of my philosophy about Economies of scale..

I have just written yesterday the following about Algeria and such countries:

------

More political philosophy about Algeria and such countries..

I invite you to look at this video:

Les raisons qui expliquent la cherté de la vie et dont personne n'en parle en Algérie

https://www.youtube.com/watch?v=d6B8jPLXiNc

As you are noticing in the above video that countries such as Algeria lacks organization, and you will quickly notice how high is the cost of living in Algeria, so i am a philosopher and i will explain with my smartness:

I think the best way is the following:

Economies of scale resulted in the most affordable price of any product for the consumer without the manufacturer having to sacrifice profits.

But you have to be smart, since it is a level of abstraction of what must happen in Algeria so that the cost of living drops, it is a level of abstraction that needs more precision, and here is more precision with my smartness:

Look at the following video of Peter Diamandis that has the positive spirit that i am talking about in my thoughts below, so you have
to look at it carefully because it is speaking about one of
the most important thing that is exponential thinking and exponential progress:

How to Think Bigger: Thinking Big and Bold | Peter Diamandis

https://www.youtube.com/watch?v=zAVxI5wWGKU

And read about Peter Diamandis here:

https://en.wikipedia.org/wiki/Peter_Diamandis

So then this brings more pricision to the above level of abstraction
and it is that we have to think much Bigger and we have to think exponentially and we have to think about our exponential progress
and this way makes us progress really fast, this is why i think that we have not to be pessimistic about Algeria and such countries since i think they will quickly know how to take advantage of this exponential progress of our humanity.

------------

But i have to be more precise, so you have to read the following
on Microeconomics:

Economies of Scale

https://courses.lumenlearning.com/suny-microeconomics/chapter/economies-of-scale/

As you have noticed there can be a Diminishing Marginal Returns in Economies of Scale, but i have also talked about it by saying in my
following thoughts:

More of my philosophy about complexity and productivity and quality..

So i will ask a philosophical question:

How to manage efficiently complexity ?

I think you can manage complexity by the “divide and rule” approach
to management, which also leads to hierarchical division of large organisations, or wich also leads to the Division of "labour", you can read more about the Division of labour here:

https://en.wikipedia.org/wiki/Division_of_labour

Also you can manage complexity by using constraints, such as laws, road rules and commercial standards, all of which limit the potential for harmful interactions to occur, also you can manage complexity by using higher layers of abstraction such as in computer programming, and we can also follow the efficient rule of: "Do less and do it better" that can also use higher level layers of abstraction to enhance productivity and quality, this rule is good for productivity and quality, and about productivity: I have also just posted about the following thoughts from the following PhD computer scientist:

https://lemire.me/blog/about-me/

Read more here his thoughts about productivity:

https://lemire.me/blog/2012/10/15/you-cannot-scale-creativity/

And i think he is making a mistake:

Since we have that Productivity = Output/Input

But better human training and/or better tools and/or better human smartness and/or better human capacity can make the Parallel productivity part much bigger that the Serial productivity part, so it can scale much more (it is like Gustafson's Law).

And it looks like the following:

About parallelism and about Gustafson’s Law..

Gustafson’s Law:

• If you increase the amount of work done by each parallel
task then the serial component will not dominate
• Increase the problem size to maintain scaling
• Can do this by adding extra complexity or increasing the overall
problem size

Scaling is important, as the more a code scales the larger a machine it
can take advantage of:

• can consider weak and strong scaling
• in practice, overheads limit the scalability of real parallel programs
• Amdahl’s law models these in terms of serial and parallel fractions
• larger problems generally scale better: Gustafson’s law

Load balance is also a crucial factor.

So read my following thoughts about the Threadpool to notice that my Threadpool that scales very well does Load balance well:

---

About the Threadpool..

I have just read the following:

Concurrency - Throttling Concurrency in the CLR 4.0 ThreadPool

https://docs.microsoft.com/en-us/archive/msdn-magazine/2010/september/concurrency-throttling-concurrency-in-the-clr-4-0-threadpool

But i think that both the methodologies from Microsoft of the Hill Climbing and of the Control Theory using band pass filter or match filter and discrete Fourier transform have a weakness, there weakness is that they are "localized" optimization that maximize the throughput , so they are not fair, so i don't think i will implement them, so then you can use my following invention of an efficient Threadpool engine with priorities that scales very well (and you can use a second Threadpool for IO etc.):

https://sites.google.com/site/scalable68/an-efficient-threadpool-engine-with-priorities-that-scales-very-well

And here is my other Threadpool engine with priorities:

https://sites.google.com/site/scalable68/threadpool-engine-with-priorities

And read my following previous thoughts to understand more:

About the strategy of "work depth-first; steal breadth-first"..

I have just read the following webpage:

Why Too Many Threads Hurts Performance, and What to do About It

https://www.codeguru.com/cpp/sample_chapter/article.php/c13533/Why-Too-Many-Threads-Hurts-Performance-and-What-to-do-About-It.htm

Also I have just looked at the following interesting video about Go scheduler and Go concurrency:

Dmitry Vyukov — Go scheduler: Implementing language with lightweight concurrency

https://www.youtube.com/watch?v=-K11rY57K7k

And i have just read the following webpage about the Threadpool of microsoft .NET 4.0:

https://blogs.msdn.microsoft.com/jennifer/2009/06/26/work-stealing-in-net-4-0/

And as you are noticing the first web link above is speaking about the strategy of "work depth-first; steal breadth-first" , but we have to be more smart because i think that this strategy, that is advantageous for cache locality, works best for recursive algorithms, because a thread is taking the first task and after that the algorithm is recursive, so it will put the childs tasks inside the local work-stealing queue, and the other threads will start to take from the work-stealing queue, so the work will be distributed correctly, but as you will notice that this strategy works best for recursive algorithms, but when you you iteratively start many tasks, i think we will have much more contention on the work-stealing queue and this is a weakness of this strategy, other than that when it is not a recursive algorithm and the threads are receiving from the global queue so there will be high contention on the global queue and this is not good. MIT's Cilk and Go scheduler and the Threadpool of Microsoft and Intel® C++ TBB are using this strategy of "work depth-first; steal breadth-first". And as you are noticing that they are giving more preference to cache locality than scalability.

But in my following invention of a Threadpool that scales very well i am
giving more preference to scalability than to cache locality:

https://sites.google.com/site/scalable68/an-efficient-threadpool-engine-with-priorities-that-scales-very-well

Other than that when you are doing IO with my Threadpool, you can use asychronous IO by starting a dedicated thread to IO to be more efficient, or you can start another of my Threadpool and use it for tasks that uses IO, you can use the same method when threads of the my Threadpool are waiting or sleeping..

Other than that for recursion and the stack overflow problem you can convert your function from a recursive to iterative to solve the problem of stack overflow.

Other than that to be able to serve a great number of internet connections or TCP/IP socket connections you can use my Threadpool with my powerful Object oriented Stackful coroutines library for Delphi and FreePascal here:

https://sites.google.com/site/scalable68/object-oriented-stackful-coroutines-library-for-delphi-and-freepascal

---

And enhancing productivity is also related to my following powerful product that i have designed and implemented(that can also be applied to organizations):

https://sites.google.com/site/scalable68/universal-scalability-law-for-delphi-and-freepascal

Please read the following about Applying the Universal Scalability Law to organisations:

https://blog.acolyer.org/2015/04/29/applying-the-universal-scalability-law-to-organisations/

Yet more philosophy about quality control and quality..

So first you have to define quality(read below about it) and second you have to construct quality and third you have to control quality.

So, I have just read the following about the Central Limit Theorem (I understood it), i invite you to read it carefully:

https://www.probabilitycourse.com/chapter7/7_1_2_central_limit_theorem.php

So as you are noticing this Central Limit Theorem is so important for quality control, read the following to notice it(I also understood Statistical Process Control (SPC)):

An Introduction to Statistical Process Control (SPC)

https://www.engineering.com/AdvancedManufacturing/ArticleID/19494/An-Introduction-to-Statistical-Process-Control-SPC.aspx

Also PERT networks are referred to by some researchers as "probabilistic activity networks" (PAN) because the duration of some or all of the arcs are independent random variables with known probability distribution functions, and have finite ranges. So PERT uses the central limit theorem (CLT) to find the expected project duration.

So, i have designed and implemented my PERT++ that that is important for quality, please read about it and download it from my website here:

https://sites.google.com/site/scalable68/pert-an-enhanced-edition-of-the-program-or-project-evaluation-and-review-technique-that-includes-statistical-pert-in-delphi-and-freepascal

---

So I have provided you in my PERT++ with the following functions:

function NormalDistA (const Mean, StdDev, AVal, BVal: Extended): Single;

function NormalDistP (const Mean, StdDev, AVal: Extended): Single;

function InvNormalDist(const Mean, StdDev, PVal: Extended; const Less: Boolean): Extended;

For NormalDistA() or NormalDistP(), you pass the best estimate of completion time to Mean, and you pass the critical path standard deviation to StdDev, and you will get the probability of the value Aval or the probability between the values of Aval and Bval.

For InvNormalDist(), you pass the best estimate of completion time to Mean, and you pass the critical path standard deviation to StdDev, and you will get the length of the critical path of the probability PVal, and when Less is TRUE, you will obtain a cumulative distribution.

So as you are noticing from my above thoughts that since PERT networks are referred to by some researchers as "probabilistic activity networks" (PAN) because the duration of some or all of the arcs are independent random variables with known probability distribution functions, and have finite ranges. So PERT uses the central limit theorem (CLT) to find the expected project duration. So then you have to use my above functions
that are Normal distribution and inverse normal distribution functions, please look at my demo inside my zip file to understand better how i am doing it:

You can download and read about my PERT++ from my website here:

https://sites.google.com/site/scalable68/pert-an-enhanced-edition-of-the-program-or-project-evaluation-and-review-technique-that-includes-statistical-pert-in-delphi-and-freepascal

My philosophy about the philosopher Jean-Paul Sartre and more..

I invite you to look at the following video about philosophy:

SARTRE - Le regard des autres

https://www.youtube.com/watch?v=BJIM41TnDHI

I have just noticed by looking at the above video, that it is lacking,
since first you have to understand the following:

Jean-Paul Sartre said that: "Existence precedes essence" or in french: "L'existence précède l'essence", and it is the central claim of existentialism of the philosopher Jean-Paul Sartre.

But i think people are not understanding the philosopher Jean-Paul Sartre, since the functionality of our essence is also our genetics that predetermines to a certain level what is our existence, so the essence that is our genetics is also important, but since the philosopher Jean-Paul Sartre was a communist, he has wanted to give much more "hope" by saying: "Existence precedes essence", and i think this also means that
humans are by essence free, and this also means that the human nurture is much more important than the human nature, but it is not truth, so i think that Jean-Paul Sartre has made a big error by saying so. And Jean-Paul Sartre has also accepted the views of the philosopher Albert Camus about the absurdism of existence, but i am a philosopher and here again i am not in accord with it, since i say that human existence is not absurd, and read my below thoughts to understand my philosophy. Also Jean-Paul Sartre said that we are a subjectivity or he said "Le regard de l'autre nous fige dans une essence" or such, but i am not in accord with Jean-Paul Sartre, since i say that we have not to loose our way in the much less important details, and we have to know about the most important goal, this is why i am explaining the following:

More political philosophy about: Are humans smart ?

So are humans smart ?

I am very positive about humans, and i think that humans are smart, since we are also advancing by the following process of Swarm Intelligence that is so efficient, read about it here:

How Swarm Intelligence Is Making Simple Tech Much Smarter

https://singularityhub.com/2018/02/08/how-swarm-intelligence-is-making-simple-tech-much-smarter/

So i think that "collectively", we humans, we are smart, and i think that you will soon notice it by the following exponential progress of our humanity, read about in my following thoughts:

More political philosophy about do we have to be pessimistic..

I think it is a beautiful day in history, and how can you understand it ?

First you will notice that the exponential progress of our humanity is going very fast and is going faster and faster , look at the following video to understand it:

Exponential Progress: Can We Expect Mind-Blowing Changes In The Near Future

https://www.youtube.com/watch?v=HfM5HXpfnJQ&t=144s

So as you are noticing that you have to take this exponential progress of our humanity into account and be much more optimistic.

And you have to know that this exponential progress of our humanity also comes from the following process:

How Swarm Intelligence Is Making Simple Tech Much Smarter

https://singularityhub.com/2018/02/08/how-swarm-intelligence-is-making-simple-tech-much-smarter/

And here is my new poem about this exponential progress of our humanity called : "This beautiful exponential progress is not a distress"

--

This beautiful exponential progress is not a distress

Because it is a beautiful maturity but not the adolescence

This beautiful exponential progress is not a distress

And we have to beautifully tune it with the beautiful consensus

This beautiful exponential progress is not a distress

So let us not be just guesses but technicality and science

This beautiful exponential progress is not a distress

So let us be a beautiful expressiveness that is not helpless

This beautiful exponential progress is not a distress

So let us take together this beautiful breakfast

This beautiful exponential progress is not a distress

Since you are also like my so beautiful Princess

This beautiful exponential progress is not a distress

So let us be a beautiful presence for present and future acceptance

More political philosophy about Ray Dalio and about happiness..

Read about Ray Dalio here:

https://en.wikipedia.org/wiki/Ray_Dalio

And look at the following video of him:

https://www.youtube.com/watch?v=tw0wtyzW6nA

I think that Ray Dalio is not thinking correctly, since he speaks like an economist and he is not a philosopher, and this way of doing is lacking intelligence, so i will explain with my smartness:

Read the following about what is the Standard of living:

"Standard of living generally refers to wealth, comfort, material goods, and necessities of certain classes in certain areas—or more objective characteristics—whereas quality of life is more subjective and intangible, such as personal liberty or environmental quality."

So i think that Ray Dalio is making a "mistake" since the world has very much changed and i think i am a philosopher and Ray Dalio is not understanding correctly my philosophy: So in my philosophy i am talking
about how to be happiness and joy even if we are not the standard of living of being highly wealthy etc. i mean even if we are also having a problem with unequal distribution of income and opportunities because of globalization, i think we can still be happy and i am giving the way in
my following philosophy, so read my following philosophy so that to understand:

More philosophy about The future of financial stability and cyber risk..

I have just read rapidly the following very interesting article,
i invite you to read it carefully:

The future of financial stability and cyber risk

https://www.brookings.edu/research/the-future-of-financial-stability-and-cyber-risk/

I think that we have to be positive about the future of financial stability and cyber risk, since notice that the financial stability
depends on three things:

1- Leverage
2- Maturity and Risk Transformation
3- Procyclicality of the price of risk

Read the above article to notice it, but i think that for the first two, i mean Leverage and Maturity and Risk Transformation, the financial institutions have not to put all the eggs in the same basket, so
they need to diversify the risk correctly, and for the third that is the Procyclicality of the price of risk, i think that it is less risky
since it depends on the "asset" prices that are diversified to a certain level, and for the cyber risk i am positive since i think we are getting
much more sophisticated in cyber security. So i am positive.

More philosophy about what is the purpose of education..

I invite you to read the following interesting article:

https://www.washingtonpost.com/news/answer-sheet/wp/2015/02/12/whats-the-purpose-of-education-in-the-21st-century/

So can we ask a philosophical question of:

Should young people become educated to get prepared to enter the workforce, or should the purpose of education be focused more on social, academic, cultural and intellectual development so that students can grow up to be engaged citizens?

I think that we have to be optimistic because i just said in my philosophy(read it below) that our era of globalization has been characterized by the democratization of technology, democratization of finance, and democratization of information, so as you are noticing that we are "continually" educating ourselves in internet to become much better citizens. So being connected to internet with a computer is
so important, so Africa too has to be connected to internet.

More philosophy about internet and phone and addiction and more..

I invite you to look at the following video:

The Ugly Truth about Modern Life!

https://www.youtube.com/watch?v=uFR0Mk9KDZ4

I think that the above video is making a mistake, since there is, technically, no such thing as internet or phone "addiction",
here is the proof, read the following important article:

Is Internet Addiction Real?

https://childmind.org/article/is-internet-addiction-real/

And the above video is like wanting us to stop the engine of capitalism, but i don't agree, because read my below philosophy:

More philosophy about the philosopher Friedrich Nietzsche..

I think that i am a philosopher that is smart and i am understanding
the philosophy of the philosopher Friedrich Nietzsch, and i think
that it is an inferior philosophy, because it seeks to construct
the superhumans from humans and this superhuman in the philosophy of
Friedrich Nietzsch is a superhuman that has mastery over his emotions and it is a superhuman who takes joy in simply existing, so as you are noticing that it is an inferior philosophy, because how can you be able to take joy in simply existing ? so as you are noticing it is illogical and it is as illogical as Stoicism(read my below thoughts about Stoicism) and i think that it is a violent philosophy as Stoicism, this is why the philosophy of Friedrich Nietzsch is a failure as Stoicism,
so i think my new philosophy is much better and i invite you to read
it carefully in my below thoughts:

More of my philosophy about consumerism..

I think that i am a philosopher that is smart, so i invite
you to look at the following video, it is about capitalism and consumerism:

The Consoomer: Consumerism is Nihilism

https://www.youtube.com/watch?v=8zZJ1BFQ1hw

I think the person that is talking in the above video is low IQ, i have a high IQ and i answer the following:

Capitalism is a "tool" and you have to know how to use this tool and capitalism is an "engine" that permits to create pleasures of life that we enjoy (as services or products) so that to be happy(and this being happy is the meaning of human life in my philosophy below), but notice that this permits also the not rich to be happy because Mass production
in capitalism resulted in lower prices of consumer goods. Eventually, economies of scale resulted in the most affordable price of any product for the consumer without the manufacturer having to sacrifice profits, and also look at how we are taking advantage of youtube videos or the like in internet with a low price, and this low prices in capitalism allows the not rich to be happy, and this at the same time avoids totalitarianism such as communism and neo-nazism and nazism(because they are "Fascism" of socialism that is against capitalism), read my below philosophy to understand more, and notice that dictatorship of communism of China is not communism, because it is using capitalism as an engine that permits the people to be happy, so communism of China is not like communism, read my below philosophy to understand:

More of my philosophy about my philosophy and about Stoicism and Existentialism..

I invite you to read this very interesting article about philosophy:

Why philosophers could be the ones to transform your 2020

https://www.bbc.com/culture/article/20200114-why-philosophers-could-be-the-ones-to-transform-your-2020

And notice that it says the following:

“The Stoics suggest that what’s most important in order to lead a good life is internal rather than external. It’s about developing the right character, the right state of mind,”

I think i am a philosopher that is "smart", so i make you notice the logical bug in the above saying about Stoicism, and it is that developing the right character and the right state of the mind in Stoicism needs the cultural side that also comes from the external reality and hence from the "purpose" and the "meaning of life", and we can notice that Stoicism is not so smart, because how can we develop self-control and fortitude as a means of overcoming destructive emotions and such without the necessary requirements that have to give enough hope or a meaning of life that gives the necessary self-control and fortitude? so this is why i think that Stoicism as a philosophy is a failure, so what's about existentialism of the philosopher Jean-Paul Sartre ? Jean-Paul Sartre said that: "Existence precedes essence" or in french: "L'existence précède l'essence", and it is the central claim of existentialism of the philosopher Jean-Paul Sartre, but i think that this claim is not so logical, since it is like a debate that asks the question of: Wich is more important, the genetical side or cultural side?, and we have to notice that the essence or nature of a human is "not" enough and it needs for example a meaning of human life and a purpose etc. so then notice that existentialism of Jean-Paul Sartre, and like in absurdism of the philosopher Albert Camus, says that human life is absurd, but here again my new philosophy says that human life is not absurd and here is my new philosophy , read it again carefully:

So as you have just noticed that my philosophy is a new philosophy that
doesn't look like the others, and the architectural ideas of my philosophy are the following:

There is an absolute and a relative way of measuring, so when we measure absolutely(i mean completely or totally) the meaning of human life, so like in the case of absurdism of the philosopher Albert Camus, we can say: "Absurdism arises out of the tension between our desire for order, meaning and happiness and, on the other hand, the indifferent natural universe’s refusal to provide that", hence when we are measuring absolutely the meaning of life, we can say that human life is absurd, but the question in philosophy is: Is human life absurd? In my philosophy human life is not absurd, because i say that happiness comes from enjoying pleasures of life that we feel with our senses we humans, and i am also defining the human sense as the one that comes from the brain and from consciousness that gives pleasure, i mean
that when you are "learning" by looking at a video on youtube it can give a pleasure inside your brain that comes from the brain and from consciousness, so when you are happiness by enjoying pleasures
of life with your human senses, you are enjoying life and you are
not thinking about the "absolute" meaning of human life, but the meaning of human life becomes "relative", and since it becomes this relativeness so human life becomes not absurd, since this enjoying pleasures of life with our human senses is "like" a powerful "drug" that permit to be happy and to not to be preoccupied with the absolute meaning of human life that is talking about the philosopher Albert Camus.

More about my philosophy and about human existence..

I think that i am a philosopher that is smart, and now i will explain more my philosophy so that you understand it:

Our era of globalization has been characterized by the democratization of technology, democratization of finance, and democratization of information, and from where do you think comes this progress ?
i think it comes from the "exponential" progress of our humanity, and you have to understand this exponential progress of our humanity correctly by reading my below thoughts, other than that i think that those democratization of technology, democratization of finance, and democratization of information have like democratized
happiness too, i mean that before those democratizations brought
by the exponential progress of our humanity, Lower social class
and lower middle class had to be rich to be able to be happy,
because we were lacking technology and lacking tools that permit
to be happy without being rich, so this is why humanity was much more violent because the not rich was violently fighting the rich etc. so we had violent ideologies like communism and nazism etc. but i think that today with the big advancement of technology and science etc. we are able to be happy without being rich, and read my below thoughts to understand how and to understand my philosophy about it, and read my following thoughts about democratization of technology, democratization of finance, and democratization of information so that you understand more:

And look at the following video:

Why Israel is a Tech Capital of the World

https://www.youtube.com/watch?v=RuPx61911Oo

I think that this jewish from Israel that is talking in the above video is not thinking correctly, because there is two important things that you must have so that a country be successful: Capital and talents, the above video is making a mistake by saying that you need the two so that
to be successful, i mean it is saying that you need Capital and talents, but i think he is making a mistake, because i think that Capital can attract talents, so Capital can make you successful as a country, so then i can logically infer that so that to have capital that make you successful, you have to know how to construct a product or services that you can sell from those competitive advantages of competitive part or parts of product or service that can come from you or/and can come from different countries of the global world, and it is i think an efficient way that makes you adapt quickly and efficiently in this globalization, and notice with me that having competitive part or parts of a product or service doesn't mean it has to come from R&D(Research and development),
also the above video of the jewish from Israel is not saying that Capital can come from "democratization" of finance, since
you have to know that our global world has changed very much by being democratization of technology, democratization of finance, and democratization of information, read my following thoughts so that you also understand that Capital also comes from democratization of finance:

More about "democratization" of finance..

This "democratization" of finance is also for Research and Development (R&D))..

And look at the following "democratization" of finance so that to understand:

The 4 tools making capital more abundant than it’s ever been

Read more here:

https://singularityhub.com/2018/07/19/the-4-tools-making-capital-more-abundant-than-its-ever-been/

About democratization of digital technology and technology and Research and Development (R&D) investment

This is also why i said the following:

Look at the following interesting video:

Can South Korea lead global innovation in Fourth Industrial Era?

https://www.youtube.com/watch?v=XUw8gCShEcI

But i think that this minister of education, science and technology
of south Korea looks somewhat archaic since he is not taking correctly
into account the democratization of digital technology and Technology that permits you to economically grow very rapidly and much cheaply than using "expensive" Research and Development (R&D) investment, so i think that he is not correctly adapting to the realities, because the economic realities have very much changed, since also our era of globalization has been characterized by the democratization of technology, democratization of finance, and democratization of information.

Here is more proof of what i am saying:

2. Question: What do you mean by “Democratizing Innovation”?

Eric von Hippel:

The tools for designing high-quality innovations are getting so cheap and so ubiquitous that individuals can innovate for themselves at a steadily higher quality and at a steadily decreasing cost. These sophisticated modern tools are computer-based, and require relatively little training and practice. As a result, even hobbyist users find they can use them to design new products and services.

More precision about more of my philosophy about indian meditation and about my philosophy..

I invite you to look at the following video about indian meditation:

https://www.youtube.com/watch?v=HHelfPFLXbs

I don't agree with indian meditation that wants us to stop seeking
pleasure of the senses, i think that indian meditation wants like
to solve the problem of materialism that causes problems such as
violence between the rich and not rich etc. but i think that my philosophy is much better than indian meditation, so i invite
you to read it again carefully, and notice that the following
webpage is defining the human senses as the following:

The Five (and More) Senses

https://www.livescience.com/60752-human-senses.html

But i think that i am also defining the human sense as the one that comes from the brain and from consciousness that gives pleasure, i mean
that when you are "learning" by looking at a video on youtube it can give a pleasure inside your brain that comes from the brain and from consciousness.

So read my following philosophy that i think is much better than indian meditation:

Yet more philosophy about my philosophy..

I think that i am a philosopher that is smart, and i will ask
a question:

From where comes violence between peoples and between individuals ?

For example if a man has a big penis and another man has a small or average penis they can get in violent fight between them because of this inequality.

Or if a man is rich and another man is not rich they can get into a violent fight between them because of this inequality.

etc.

So now my philosophy is smart and it is saying that so that the rich
and the not rich not get into a violent fight because of inequality of richness etc. we have to know from where "happiness" comes from and we have to know that we can be happy without being rich by doing the following, read my following thoughts to understand:

More philosophy about being materialistic and not being materialistic..

I will ask a smart question:

Am i a philosopher that is a materialistic ?

No, i am not materialistic , i am a philosopher that is seeking like a "balance" between being materialistic and not being materialistic , and i am pragmatic, i will give you an example so that you understand my
philosophy:

I think that looking at the videos of youtube is like being not materialistic, since a video on youtube is like the immaterial, so then you can enjoy those pleasures of life on internet by looking at the videos of youtube or by reading facebook etc. by being not materialistic, so then i am a philosopher that is convinced that we can be happy even if we are not "rich", since with the sophistication of internet and such tools, i say that we can be happy without being rich by accessing internet and enjoying pleasures of life of internet and such tools with a very low price, and what i predict that in about 10 years from now, and with the exponential progress of our humanity, we will be happy and much more happy without being rich since this exponential progress will provide us with much more powerful tools that enhance much more the quality of our lives.

Read all my following my previous thoughts to understand more:

I think i am smart and i say that we have to be optimistic,
because happiness comes from enjoying pleasures of life that we feel with our senses we humans, but my philosophy says that you can be happy
by not being rich and you can be happy by being rich, since notice
with me that today enjoying pleasures of life is also the fact that
we are accessing internet and taking advantage of looking at youtube or reading facebook or searching and learning from Google etc. with a very low price, and computers today cost a low price too, so i think that
we are being much more happy by enjoying those pleasures of life by
accessing internet at a very low price, this is why i think that
the exponential progress of our humanity will very soon, and in about 10 years from now, enhance much much more our lives by providing us
with very sophisticated tools, but we have to know how to manage this exponential progress of our humanity and we have also to be efficiently educated so that to be much better humans and so that Democracy works correctly, so this is why you have to take into account this exponential progress of our humanity, and read all my following thoughts to
understand better:

More of my philosophy about Eric Schmidt and about quantum computing and about Moore's law..

I invite you to look carefully at this interesting Eric Schmidt's video:

Read about Eric Schmidt here:

https://en.wikipedia.org/wiki/Eric_Schmidt

So look at his following video:

Eric Schmidt on the Early Strategic Decisions & Future of Quantum Computing

https://www.youtube.com/watch?v=wjG1fl6Ezdg

But in the video above i don't agree with Eric Schmidt about the end of Moore's law, because look at the following discovery below that will permit computers and phones to run thousands of times faster, so read carefully my following thoughts to understand:

More of my philosophy about the exponential progress of our humanity..

I think that the white supremacists and neo-nazis and many humans are
not understanding correctly the exponential progress of our
humanity, so notice in my following news that the exponential progress of our humanity is now going much faster and faster, so look for example at the new discovery below that will permit computers and phones to run thousands of times faster, so you are noticing that it will make artificial intelligence and such be much more powerful, so i think we will soon be able to enhance much more our human genetics and we will
be able to do much more than that because the exponential progress of our humanity will make us soon really much much more powerful, so we have to be much more optimistic, so you have to read my following thoughts below about the exponential progress of our humanity and you have to read my following news below:

How Swarm Intelligence Is Making Simple Tech Much Smarter

https://singularityhub.com/2018/02/08/how-swarm-intelligence-is-making-simple-tech-much-smarter/

Read my following news:

With the following new discovery computers and phones could run thousands of times faster..

Prof Alan Dalton in the School of Mathematical and Physics Sciences at the University of Sussex, said:

"We're mechanically creating kinks in a layer of graphene. It's a bit like nano-origami.

"Using these nanomaterials will make our computer chips smaller and faster. It is absolutely critical that this happens as computer manufacturers are now at the limit of what they can do with traditional semiconducting technology. Ultimately, this will make our computers and phones thousands of times faster in the future.

"This kind of technology -- "straintronics" using nanomaterials as opposed to electronics -- allows space for more chips inside any device. Everything we want to do with computers -- to speed them up -- can be done by crinkling graphene like this."

Dr Manoj Tripathi, Research Fellow in Nano-structured Materials at the University of Sussex and lead author on the paper, said:

"Instead of having to add foreign materials into a device, we've shown we can create structures from graphene and other 2D materials simply by adding deliberate kinks into the structure. By making this sort of corrugation we can create a smart electronic component, like a transistor, or a logic gate."

The development is a greener, more sustainable technology. Because no additional materials need to be added, and because this process works at room temperature rather than high temperature, it uses less energy to create.

More philosophy about how to be successful..

I have talked more about how to be successful(read my thoughts below about it), but i think that you have to know about the ingredients that
bring success, and the most important ingredients that bring success is to find the engines that push us forward towards more and more perfection, and notice that if you say to people to work better and to study better, it is not the way, since you have to tell wich engines
push us forward towards more and more perfection, for example
one very important engine that pushes us forward towards more and more perfection is to have the "positive spirit" so that to successful, so when a people have the tendency to have a positive spirit , it is a kind of positive energy that pushes us forward towards more and more perfection, so it is also an engine, so when you are smart you will notice that you have to find what are the engines that push us
forward towards more and more perfection because it is so important,
for example there is other engines that push us forward towards
more and more perfection and here is some of my philosophical thoughts about morality that talk about them, here they are, and read them carefully:

https://groups.google.com/g/alt.culture.morocco/c/7UmkfURwoU4

Also read here my other thoughts of my philosophy that talks about other engines that push us forward towards more and more perfection:

https://scalable68.godaddysites.com/f/my-philosophy-about-human-existence

So as you are noticing by reading my philosophy that it is
a smart way of doing..

More philosophy about what is a language and what is a human meaning..

I think i am a philosopher and i will talk today about what is a language and what is a human meaning:

So as you have just noticed i have just posted yesterday a new proverb about what is a language etc.(read below about it), but you will notice that there is many languages like the language of Love and language of technicality and the english language etc. but what is more important is the meaning behind the language, since i think that the meaning precedes the language, so this meaning behind the language is what makes us conscious about ourselves and about life, so we can go further and
ask a philosophical question of what is this meaning behind the language? i think that humans come with there feelings with there human senses, and those feelings is what gives also joy and happiness to humans, and feelings with our human senses is also part of the "set" that we call meaning of the language, since we are feeling what is time, like for example this comes before this or this comes after that, and this also permits us to understand logic and fuzzy logic, also we are feeling with our human senses what is space and matter and this permits us to understand much more clearly what is a human body and what is life, and i think that our feelings with our human senses are what
gives consciousness, so i think that our kind of human consciousness is
also partly biologic that comes from our human senses, so i think
this is the main part that permits our smartness to be effective
in an open system and it permits also to use much less data than artificial intelligence (AI), so i think that it is not like deep learning and AI.

More philosophy about what is a language and about my new proverbs..

As you have just noticed i have just written a new proverb
and here is my new proverb:

"One very important sign of a wise man is that he knows how to use the appropriate language to talk to people, but does he needs to use only one language with "people"? no, he has to know how to use different languages to talk to people, for example when he talks to the birds he uses the language of the birds, so he has to know how to be efficient at that."

So notice that it is a smart proverb, since i am also saying in my new proverb the following:

"..for example when he talks to the birds he uses the language of the birds.."

So as you notice that it is also making it clear that a language
is not only like the spoken english language, since it can also mean the language of the heart(or of Love) or the language of technicality etc."

And here is my other new proverbs, read them carefully:

https://groups.google.com/g/alt.culture.morocco/c/FPdu0B9_Vlc

And here is my new poems of Love that use smartly the language of the heart(or of Love):

About Van Morrison and my poems of Love..

I invite you to listen to the following one of the best music of Van Morrison, since i am also a musician and i know what is music..

Van Morrison - Caledonia Soul Music

https://www.youtube.com/watch?v=b1ecN3rOoFQ

And i invite you to read at the same time my following
poems of Love:

https://groups.google.com/g/alt.culture.morocco/c/IkAbxVqWD8M

Here is what my political philosophy says about Democracy..

More political philosophy about Democracy and Morality..

I am a white arab and i think i am smart since i have also invented
many scalable algorithms and algorithms..

And now i will start by asking a philosophical question:

Is Democracy morality ?

I will say that Morality is about exactness and how to be the exact perfection, note that the English dictionary defines "perfection" as: "the act or process of perfecting", read here to notice it:

https://www.merriam-webster.com/dictionary/perfection

And Democracy is a mechanism that permits to avoid corruption of morality and corruption of morality is also lack of efficiency and it is extremism that hurts Democracy, and Democracy doesn't mean that people have to govern, because it is absurdity, but Democracy is the "tool" of Morality, since morality wants to be the exact perfection , this is why it needs Democracy, and Morality or society have to be "progressive", read my following writing of my political philosophy about morality to know that they have to be progressive:

https://groups.google.com/g/alt.culture.morocco/c/7UmkfURwoU4

And we can say the following:

The classical notion of decentralization does not necessarily imply democracy, and an organization may be decentralized without being based on democratic principles.

But i ask a smart question of:

Can we say that an organization based on democratic principles may be centralized ?

Here is my answer:

But we can notice that even though decentralization doesn't necessarily imply Democracy, Democracy is a "kind" of decentralization, and this kind of decentralization brings efficiency because we can notice that Democracy needs requirements such as competitive elections and free press, and i think that Democracy is more efficient than Dictatorship at fighting corruption(and corruption can mean lack of efficiency), read my following thoughts about Democracy and more to understand:

More political philosophy about Democracy and parliamentary Democracy..

Wich is better, Democracy or parliamentary Democracy ?

When you are smart you will notice that parliamentary Democracy is better since Democracy means that the people "govern", but this way of doing brings desorder, since people doesn't mean that it is Elites that govern, so this is why i think that it is inherent to parliamentary democracy that it is the Elites that govern and guide people, since also we can logically prove it by saying the following:

From where people get a correct judgment in Democracy ?

So you are noticing that to be able to be good judgment in Democracy, you have to be correct "Elitism" that guides people, and you have to be Meritocracy to be able to be the necessary quality or perfection, but then you are noticing that to be able to be Meritocracy there must be a reward for the merit, by for example rewarding by giving more money.

But since i am smart i will ask another important philosophical question, and it is the following:

Does parliamentary democracy has requirements, and wich requirements it has:

From my above logical proof we can say that the first requirement of parliamentary democracy is: it is the Elites that must govern and guide people, and from the first requirement we can logically infer that the Elites must be competent, so we can logically infer the since they have to be competent so then we can say the the second requirement of parliamentary democracy that it must be meritocratic, and the third
requirement of parliamentary democracy is also an important requirement
and it is that we have to have a constitution that says that parliamentary democracy has to have law enforcement agencies like the USA FBI and military as necessary basic requirements for a country, and a country can become a more global world like European union or such.

More political philosophy about the mechanisms of Democracy..

I think that we have to be smart, since i have just written the following about China and Russia of year 2010 and 2012:

More about China and Russia and other such countries education system..

I am a white arab and i think i am smart since i have invented many scalable algorithms, read the following:

“Corruption is pervasive in every part of Chinese society, and education is no exception,” Mr. Li said.

A Chinese Education, for a Price

I think we can not be confident with the Chinese education system, and i don't think it is meritocratic !

It is the same problem in Russia, read the following to notice it:

Mark Levin, a professor at the Higher School of Economics in Moscow who has studied the issue, said corruption in universities took place not only during the entrance examinations but also those at the end of semesters. Levin said some students preferred to pay money to pass examinations and obtain a diploma.

And also i have just posted about the today China after the anti-corruption compaign in China, read the following:

---

I invite you to read the following interesting article:

China’s Anti-Corruption Campaign and the Challenges of Political Meritocracy

---

So as you are noticing from my above writing that corruption can corrupt the education system and when education system is corrupt then the Meritocratic system is corrupt and this is dangerous. So even after the anti-corruption compaign in China , i think that Dictatorship of China is not so efficient at fighting corruption, because Democracy is much better at fighting corruption by competitive elections and free press, read my following thoughts to understand more:

From where people get a correct judgment in Democracy ?

So you are noticing that to be able to be good judgment in Democracy, you have to be correct "Elitism" that guides people, and you have to be Meritocracy to be able to be the necessary quality or perfection, but then you are noticing that to be able to be Meritocracy there must be a reward for the merit, by for example rewarding by giving more money.

Now why to be Democracy ?

I think that we have to be more smart and notice that Democracy is also smart, the big benefits of democracy that it is also like a morality that is a diversity that prioritize by giving weights to some important things and processes to be able to succeed, for example
if i ask a question of how to be less corruption ? i think that Democracy is an enhanced system that fights corruption more efficiently than dictatorship, i think this is understandable because to be able to "escape" a local maximum towards a global maximum(like in artificial intelligence) on efficiency of fighting corruption (and corruption also means lack of efficiency), we have to be able to vote for another political party that is more apt and more efficient at fighting corruption, this is why i think that democracy is better at fighting corruption, also i think that in democracy the governance must be a "competent" governance this is how we will enhance democracy to be the best.

Thank you,
