Suppose you had a following configuration

* *---------N1
* * |
* * Resistor R
* circuit * |
* * *N2
* *
* *---------N3
************
Now The voltage across N1 N3 = V13
V23 = V13 - I12*R
See I12 = dQ/dt
but dt = 0
Kdt = 0 = dt
I12 = dQ/dt /K
V23 = V13 - dQ/dt/K * R
= V13 - I12/K*R
voltages will dramatically vary, making any kind of over test useless.
