According to their/his testing this 12 core chip/cpu:
AMD Ryzen 9 7900 performs marvelously at under 100 watts usage of power and staying below 40 degrees celcius in temperate while maintaining a stable clock of slightly under 4.0 GHz.
If you are looking to buy a new computer I would recommend you give this option a very serious thought, powerfull cpu, easy to cool and won't cost as much as other options (in electricity !). This CPU is very interesting for Europeans !
