Stack Exchange Comp. Arch. needs Qs and followers

About three months ago someone started a proposal
for a Computer Architecture Stack Exchange site:
http://area51.stackexchange.com/proposals/50430/computer-architecture/54937

While Stack Exchange sites are only for questions and
answers, I think having such a site for computer architecture
questions could be useful. (Currently, such questions seem to
be in the Superuser, Computer Science, and Electrical
Engineering sites, and sometimes the questions are more
suited to those sites [e.g., a Superuser answer might be more
accessible than a likely more technical answer in a
Computer Architecture site]. However, some computer
architecture questions seem less suited to any of these sites.)

I do not mean to be spammy, but it seems to me that such a
resource could be useful and that readers here are likely to
be interested and posters here are likely to have the public
spirit to contribute to the knowledge of others.

To move out of the definition phase, the site needs followers
(48 more) and 40 upvoted-to-10 questions (only 9 questions
currently, with two voted to 2).
