IANAL, but it seems clear:

It is implied that Amine wins if he is able to refrain from posting
indefinately ... at least until his own death, after which it would be
very difficult.

If Amine can do this, Mitch - or Mitch's estate should he die before
Amine - would owe $1000 to Amine's estate.


@Mitch - since you put your bet in writing here, you probably should
place $1000 in trust and amend your Will ... just in case. 8-)
