The mask-programmed chip with a BASIC interpreter is part number
8052-BASIC from Intel and 80C52-BTZ from Micromint (MHS Matra). What you
have are indeed ROM devices, but you'll have to dump the rom and examine
it to see what it is. Could be anything from a fuel injection system for
a car, to a burglar alarm. :)

They don't have the basic interpreter unless they say 8052-BASIC
on them. All the Intel mask programmed BASIC chips say BASIC on them.
