CORDIC: Stop wasting your time!

It is well known, that in the former Soviet Union
was almost impossible to publish the articles abroad,
or to give a report at the international conference.

So many people in many countries repeat the reseaches,
which were made many years ago in the USSR. To avoid
this situation now it is possible to find the article in the
en.wikipedia.org
and then to choose there Russian version.
