I'm looking for information on a software package called MEPS (don't know what
the acronym means) for a colleague at work. He's been told that this software
is used by the Jehovah Witnesses organization to translate information
(pamphlets, books, etc.) into over 100 languages for worldwide distribution.
He wants more information on the software, and from the description he gave me
it sounds like an AI program would be needed to be able to translate into so
many languages and keep the proper context. The MEPS software might not be
a commercially available package, but if it is and anyone knows more about it,
I'd appreciate any information (either by e-mail or post).
Thanks in advance,
Scott Murray

I am also interested in this pacakage. Also I would like to know whether out of
those 100 languages do we have languages of Indian Origin or not. Also I would
like to know about the technical details of it.
Thanks in advance,
Vineet.
