Libraries will soon have special-purpose artificially intelligent
computers who will be charged with memorizing all the contents of
particular books. Humming along at a constant temperature of 454
degrees Fahrenheit, these quantum or non-quantum pseudo-brain and
pseudo librarians will know not only the entire text of each book
but also its entire history and that of its author, and will have
thought every possible thought about a book up to any given time.

In order to advance its knowledge about a book, a book-mobot will
conduct elaborate real-life experiments on any possible variation
in l'explication du texte. It may yet turn out that the universe
as we know it is just a librarian's test-run of a plot of a book.
