winter and spring planning

we should get together to plan some formal events for this quarter and next.

a few of us are going to be out of town thursday-sun. what time would
work best? can people meet some time in the next few days?

I can meet Monday or Wednesday in the late afternoon. Friday after 1pm works.

I am still sick so I don't know if I will be able to get to a meeting
in the next couple of days, but if we are to have one Monday and
Wednesday works best for me. Monday all day and wednesday before
1:30.
