Description

Spatial biology is an emerging field that integrates spatial information with molecular data to understand how cells organize and function within tissues. In particular, spatial omics maps molecular profiles onto tissue architecture, allowing the study of cellular interactions in their native context and providing new insights into development, disease progression, and precision medicine. These advances go hand in hand with the development of AI tools to analyze this data, paving the way for modeling virtual tissues.

In this reading group, we invite researchers working at the intersection of AI and spatial biology to present their papers. Join us to explore cutting-edge approaches from the community and discover new techniques for your own research!
