It would be great if we saw as many Shark swimmers and Shark families as possible to take part in this week's challenge.

Post a picture on tis thread showing your appreciation to the first responders and essential workers. After this week we will put them all together in a collage and post in on our site, send it the CV Record and too first responders groups. Try to do the picture in some team gear and show your team and community spirit.
