Two or three times a week a challenge will be posted. Usually they will be basic challenges you can do around the house. Swimmers must perform the challenge and then post a picture or video of them doing the challenge on the thread designated for that challenge. Swimmers with the most challenges completed at the end of the month will win a prize.
Challenge #1 - March 31st
Perform a 60 second plank somewhere in or around you house NOT on the ground. How creative can you get (safely!).
