Nursing Update 11/04/2013, Patient Hand Out Book.

Hello Nurses,

 

When doing an “Intake/Start of Care visit” we should present ourselves in a professional state and provide the patient with the most information about Community possible, Therefore, moving forward please take along with you a “Patient Hand out Book” to hand to the patient. (We are also working on getting some handy items to leave for the patients as well.)  These Books are here in the office in the paperwork bins located next to Yolanda.
