Hello Nurses,
As you all understand the severity of opening up a new case in a timely matter, we need to make sure that every new case gets opened up the day the office coordinator had scheduled you for. Failing to do so may cause many problems; an aide needs a care plan to follow in order to provide proper care, and so on…
If you see that you will not make it to the case on time please notify the office immediately so that the assessment can be re-scheduled. This is something that is very important and cannot wait….
