Yep that is a mouth full and guess what we owe these veterans more
then a mouthful.

If you want to stand with me, Nelson Jacobsen untied behind the idea
that a career that is demanding THOUSANDS of new managers be hired now
seems like a pretty good place to start with our nation's returning
heros. Then be ready, by being prepared to undertake this awesome
challenge.

By the time the first US Military Vet leaves our training programs the
management companies and communities that will be benefiting from the
millions of dollars we have already spend in our miliatry training
along with the new instructions, information and knowledge from the
Community Manager Programs will make them the best trained, best
prepared condohoa manager in the world.

And for the paltry sums that we will be asking Congress and industry
groups to pony up this is a bargain and I will remind everyone we
already promised them a happy outcome the moment they put on that
uniform to serve us. We can now serve them.

BTW Most VA loans place these Veterans in Condo's, Single family &
Townhouse Associaitons since almost all new developement since the 80s
has been in Common Interest Communities like the ones we are going
training them to manage.

Whats my big dream for this oneday these Vet after some time in the
management of these communities will go onto forming management
companies of their own. These will be the community standard and a the
full circle to the owning a piece of the American Dream a thriving
business that is a vital part of any community.
