Historic Health For All documents now available online

Dear friends

Following the response to the uploading of Rakku's Story last year, a group of us at communityhealth.in decided to compile other important publications related to the Health For All movement that are currently out of print. Thanks largely to the efforts of Deepak Kumaraswamy at CPHE we have been able to put together a first set of scanned documents (see list below). Some of these documents have been available on our site for some time while other have just been uploaded. Please feel free to download, use and forward these documents.
