Issues at the Meg Perry Center

Hello all,
As some of you may know there has been serious issues that have arisen in the past week concerning Andrei who has been at the Meg Perry Center a lot recently.  As the CBC and Meg Perry Center, we need to address these issues and take appropriate action so that we can create a safe and welcoming space at the Meg Perry Center.  We should meet and talk more about this.  I don't think the whole board needs to meet, but a group of us should come together to talk more and decide how to move forward. 
Which brings up the greater need as a board for us to develop a clear and consistent structure for dealing with issues and challenges a the center and deciding how to effectively deal with them.  We created a good set of policies, but now the next step is to take those policies into practice.
