Notes from first Community Response Project meeting

Here are the notes from last Wednesday's meeting that Meagan so graciously typed up. Hot damn, we got a lot done in two hours. Sorry if we've missed or mis-stated anyone's comments -- send corrections to either of us and we'll make changes!

How do I get in contact with my group (Community Meetings)?

Hi all,

 

I'm awaiting final confirmation on the meeting space for tomorrow evening, but it will most likely be at the Pride Centre. Still at 7pm, either way!

 

In terms of getting in contact with our project groups, it seems like the best way will be to have one person be the 'point person' and then we will contact the point people to get 'in the loop.' Before the meeting tomorrow, it'd be great if everyone can consider whether they'd like to be 'point people' for the responses their interested in!

 

I'll confirm the location and send out a proposed agenda later today!
