wednesday meeting Humanities Centre 2-22

Hello all:

Our meeting on Wednesday is 7-9 PM in Humanities Centre, Room 2-22.
This room is nearby the lecture room where the “justice beyond
prisons” event was held last Monday – it is up one floor (there are
stairs and an elevator – the “2” is for second floor) and down the
hall a tiny bit. If you take the LRT, you can easily get there while
staying inside --just take the elevator all the way up to HUB mall, go
down the whole mall to the North end, hang a right onto the pedway
that takes you to Humanities Centre, and 2-22 will pretty much be

We ended last week’s meeting by suggesting that we have a long talk
about goals at the start of this meeting. I’d like to throw my hat in
for taking action on short-term projects rather than on defining
ourselves or working on cohering as a group. Can we navigate extreme
differences of opinion and practice as we go, issue to issue? Just a
question I hoped might be useful for us... However we go forth on
Wednesday, I'm excited to see what we come up with.
