Hey All,

Megan and I are wondering if there is a meeting tonight? We didn't see anything on the fb page, and we were unable to come last week, so we just wanted to check in.

In solidarity,
Denise

Hi Everyone:

Due to not finding an awesome space this week's meeting will not be happening.
Sorry for the short notice.

If people do end meeting tonight and wish to share their conversation feel free to post it to the wall, or send it to someone who can send out to the groups.

If you have ideas on where we could meet that is accessible post it to the wall.
See you all next week- at a hopefully rad, totally welcoming space.

Thanks!

Hello everyone,

It seems like a good time to start meeting in smaller groups. Did someone compile email addresses for the various 'projects' that people signed up for?

Best,
Alex

Hey all,

I'd still really like to meet up with everyone -- at the start of the CRP meetings a lot of people said they liked the idea of keeping weekly Wednesday meetings, so perhaps we could keep that train rolling for now and then discuss how we want to move ahead.

I also think that meeting up with our small groups is a rad idea -- what if we were to have  a meeting this Wednesday, talk in the large group about what we need to talk about, and then break into smaller groups to work & strategize???

Hey Aliya and everyone,

I think that is a rad idea. Maybe 1 hour of checkin' in regular meeting-style, and then 1-hour for smaller groups to get various balls rolling.

I actually can't make the meeting this week, but I will see you all next Wednesday!

Sounds great! Do we have a space? Should I book one of the public library meeting rooms?

Okay, awesome to know that there's still appetite for a big ol meeting.

I was going to get in touch with Meghan to see if she's found a good space, but if there's a library meeting room that's open that you can book, Michelle, that'd be awesome! And Jess W. and I were talking about it yesterday and we can co-facilitate the meeting if no one else has volunteered to already...

Hey everyone,

The program room at the Sprucewood library is booked for June 2nd, from 7-9pm. It's located at 11555 - 95 Street and both the number 5 and number 3 buses stop there. Because we're a not for profit organization, they've waived the fee. So, please make sure to leave the room tidy when we're done (I won't be there or I'd just make sure then).

The building is accessible and the room holds 24- 30 people. You can check out the rest of the details and get bus or driving directions here:

Have a great meeting!
