This session aims to promote advocacy for substantial reform and systemic change in Sri Lankan public education. It will facilitate critical thinking on pragmatic approaches for transforming the country's education system to create a new generation of students who will be future-ready to face the pressing challenges of the 21st century. This particular online event is organized based on the book, “Challenges to Change: Reforming Education 1996-2005” written by Dr. Tara de Mel,
former Secretary, Ministry of Education.
We will appreciate your participation at this event and hope you will contribute by sharing your experiences and opinions for a better future of Public education in Sri Lanka.
