Please so research the "Promise Neighborhoods"....not only the 21 this
year to so receive the grants....but the design of others to support
the idea of such for the many who so applied....while $500,000 to plan
would be great...most small
towns and nieghborhoods can but create their own team: what I hold is
that they
are "King/Chavez Legacy Teams".
Good to be part of other like minded activists.
