My name is Debbie Hargette, Talent Sourcing Recruiter with the Microsoft IT organization in Redmond, WA. I am recruiting for a Community Knowledge Manager for the Quality & Business Excellence (QBE) group. The QBE group drives continuous improvement through Microsoft processes worldwide. The team focuses on enterprise success by using proven strategy alignment methods and improvement methodologies. This role will be responsible for building a knowledge management capability that spans Microsoft. In addition, this role serves as the thought leadership in knowledge management for external partner and customer presentations.
