Six weeks to the LDR

Folks,

 

We are only six weeks away from the 2024 MYC Long Distance Race (LDR).   The long range forecast continues to entice anyone with a boat and a heartbeat.   Think of the LDR like the Daytona 500 … the big one comes first and early.    Let’s set a tone for 2024 and get a great turn out for this fantastic event.  

 

 

 

For those looking to include the LDR as part of your Comm Flt points standings and distance race requirement,  you will need to get in a CF event BEFORE the LDR (see attached procedures).   There are two events on the calendar prior to the LDR.   See our calendar also attached.   Any questions, let me know.

Then Shen will host the Mod (middle school) championship on the Mohawk.  We will race quads with coxswain, quads without coxswain – think unguided missile, singles and doubles.  This is a USRowing sanctioned event.

 

Hope to get Ladybug in in time to do a comm fleet race.
