Interesting posts. In reference to the comments about roads, I'm
friendly with someone who headed up the mapping element for ADC maps
for years. Boy would it be great if google picked up a person/people
with his knowledge for creating, editing and verfying the data to get
accurate maps from around the nation. I'd love to forward his
information to the appropriate people. It would be spectacular for
Google to add this knowledge set, especially as so much of the street
mapping is being generated from millions of sources rather than an
organized methodology and team.

As for me, I know the Washington DC region very well and look forward
to generating edits that reflect current and real information.
