KML: Google Maps x Google Earth

Hello everybody !

I need your help concerning the use of KML files to represent features
surveyed by GPS and Total Station.
I imported the same KML file (which I send attached to this msg)  on
Google Maps and also on Google Earth.
But the results are completelly different !
Please, have a look at the screenshots I am also sending attached to this msg.
The vector data is distorted on Google Maps but it is almost perfect
on Google Earth.
There are still some discrepancies because the imagery in the
background is not orthorectified.
