Segment Usage

Im having a problem and need some advice.

There is a road (which is no longer a road- in fact people have built
over it, and you can clearly see that through the google satelite
image) which Im trying to delete. I have marked it as No Access, No
lanes,No bike/ped access--- But the Moderators are only looking at the
Segment Usage.

Now because theres no Segment Usage for "No Longer a Road, No access";
I have selected the "Enclosed Road/Parking lot" Because often there
is a driveway, however no longer a road. This is clearly incorrect, as
they keep denying my post and telling me that the "Segment Usage is
incorrect".

Now, the third time, explaining the situtation in the comments, a
Monerator has decided to approve my post- however told me to delete
the Segment Usage from "Enclosed parking area" and to "leave it
blank". However, everytime I delete the information in Segment Usage
leave it blank then save, the location is still saved as "Enclosed
Area".

Aside from just deleting all of my edits, are there any suggestions?
Should I just delete it? Is there a "not a road" option?

Im starting to become rather displeased with the site and the
inability to reply to the Moderator directly :( Any help will be
appreciated.
