Internal Error - Failed Geodata

When the SH 28 was extended the following alert was displayed.

There has been an internal Error - Failed Geodata. Please report this
with a description how this can be repeated.
Browser is Chrome version 7.0.517.44
OS Windows XP
GMM Team please look into this.
