Hi Jim,

Thank you so much for signing up to exhibit at our upcoming Delaware County Renewable Energy and Environmental Expo on 6/8! On behalf of all of us at PennEnvironment and the offices of Sen. Tim Kearney and Rep. Jennifer O'Mara, we're so happy you can join us! 

I wanted to share the main event details and some promotional materials to help spread the word! 

Here are the event details:

What: Delco Renewable Energy & Environmental Expo
When: Saturday, June 8 from 11:00 a.m. to 1:00 p.m. (exhibitors plan to set up between 10:30 and 10:50 am)

Thanks again for agreeing to exhibit at the expo!

You should plan to set up between 10:30 and 10:50am on 6/8 so that we're all set up when the event starts at 11am. Please feel free to bring any handouts, information, giveaway items that you'd like.

As indicated when you signed up, it would be great if you could bring your own table. But if you need us to provide one, please let me know. Also note that right now, we plan to have the exhibitors outside, so bring what you need to be comfortable outside.

Additionally, please help us spread the word to help make the event a success: 

At that aim, I wanted to share an RSVP page folks can use to sign up. And I've attached a promotional flier/ social media image. Spreading the word to your networks is a big help!
