I wanted to notify you of a “climate conversation” that will occur via webinar on 6/26 at 7 pm that may be worth your time.  Rob Altenburg from PennFuture is a great presenter and will discuss the new proposed PRESS and PACER programs that are rolling out of the Governor’s office.  More information below.

Understanding Governor Shapiro’s new proposed climate policies of PRESS and PACER

SPEAKER:
Rob Altenburg – Senior Director for Energy and Climate, PennFuture

Rob brings a career’s worth of environmental, climate, and energy expertise to advance clean energy solutions for Pennsylvania. As Senior Director for Energy and Climate, he analyzes legislation and regulations and helps craft policy recommendations to address the climate crisis. He works with regulatory agencies and clean energy industry experts on climate and energy issues across the Commonwealth, and has provided testimony to the White House, the U.S. Senate, and the Pennsylvania Legislature. Prior to joining PennFuture, Rob spent nearly 22 years with the Pennsylvania Department of Environmental Protection (DEP) in both the Bureau of Air Quality and the Policy Office.
