The National Energy Board website has links to high resolution maps that are supposed to be the most up to date maps showing where Kinder Morgan wants to build the expanded pipeline through Langley, and Coquitlam. They are dated March 17.

It looks like KM are still planning to attempt building the pipeline through Colony Farm Regional Park, which is about 600 meters from one of the Coquitlam band reserves. According to earlier info they released, they plan to use a large part of the park to assemble the length of pipe that would go underneath the river, just upriver from the Port Mann bridge.
