Slide 1:
- "Direct is not sustainable": Sort of needs a "why"
- "Low cost alternative...": well, only a low cost alternative if you have *electronic* records. If you have paper records, FAX is pretty low cost. Needs to be understood within the "with or without EHR" bullet.
Slide 2: HISP is not glossed properly again.

-I know these slides are for different audiences, but they seem very inconsistent. Points on the IDN and Provider slides are different but they could apply one to the other.
