What a lesson for Christian Bishops. 

Sangh leader abd former mouthpiece Balashankar had promised the moon and properties on earth to Syrian Orthodox bishops.  He had similar promises gir the leadership of the Hindu Nair caste group.  They fell in love with him. He asked the BJP bosses in Vc the state, the RSS in Nagpur and the Divine Duo in Delhi to give him a ticket as he had, apart from Christians and Hindus, even the Muslims eating out of his hand.  

Unlike the naive in the church, the hard nosed men in owner knew the truth and the ground reality. No one obeys bishops in vote politics.  The BJP denied Balashankar the party ticket telling him he can’t win.  

As for the bishops, the lesson is that’s man who can’t get help for himself cannot help others, can he.  Their best bet is to continue to put their faith in god. 

Bala is now criticising his leaders.  

I know him well. He was the Editor of the RSS mouthpieces of the Organiser Panchjanya group. He also writes boks.  And is a soft spoken polite person when not discussing or practising his ideology.
