I am living in Dublin Ireland. interesting in political spirituality
theological discussion about the economic political reality which many
people are facing across Europe. I am a supporter of Liberation
theology Franciscan Spirituality

I would very much appreciate and look forward to working and meeting
with people in a non sectarian agenda who are genuine. we have to get
rid of our own baggage of elitism
the budget which was introduced in Ireland in December we are now
seeing the affects

February 23 2012, the minister for social protection has introduced
Thatcherite measures against people who are unemployed. while certain
media ournalists have been given immunity, from writing demonising
articles about people. accusing them of been scroungers. in last
year 2011 over 16,00 allegations of fraud were made to department of
social protection. to-date 174 people have been reported to the garda
depending on investigation. this is Ireland with 450,000 people
unemployed. our churches have remained indifferent/silent. we need
to develop a theology spirituality of political solidarity which
identifies with people

families with children with special needs have become targets, as have
people who are single parents. Saturday 18 February people from
campaign group S P A R K. held a protest in Dublin. www.sparkcampaign.com

one should be open to welcome group/individuals association of
Marxists priests. if anyone has a contact for them I would appreciate

we should make no apolgise for standing with the people of Greece on
the streets.

anuary 2012 witnessed 1.25 billion be handed to anglo I rish banks.
while in March 2012. 3.1 billion will be handed over

Dear friends

If you'd like to see the 'Co-operative Socialist' alternative (mapped
alternativly to both neo-liberal and neo-conservative capitalism and
authoritarian leftism) then Jason Moores at the Canadian Centre for Policy
Alternatives can send you a 'Readings on Co-operative Socialism'.

I feel confident that you will see it as consistent to Jesus' Gospel of
Equality (ie progressive experientialism on a reactionary/progressive,
authoritarian/experiential map that concludes the CCPA Reader.

Jason is at www.policyalternatives.ca

Best - for all!

Hi Con

Good to hear from you. Sorry for the delay. I hope someone may have given you a lead, as I haven't found a contact for the AMSP yet.

Thanks for the stimulating offering. It feels like a time of assimilation: How to build and sustain networks of mutual commitment which find sustenance in radical gospel. Lots of local work going on with small groups thinking through and putting into practice how to be parables of good society. What difference does it make? sometimes it's hard to imagine, against relentless self-interested powers. We keep at it.

Peace to you
Gary
