William David Moffitt and Nancy Blackmore Harass Local Mother and Children

In the meantime, my court appearance with Mr. Moffitt on October
8, 2004, marked the first time I ever saw the man. His hulking
figure of no less than 6' 4" and 300 lbs., profuse sweating,
extreme nervousness, and very red face, coupled with the obvious
relief he manifested when the matter was settled without
testimony on his part only reinforced our suspicion that he was
used as a tool of Nancy Blackmore both to accost us and to keep
her name off the complaint (since she knew we had evidence of
harassment both on her part and from others on her behalf). Mrs.
Blackmore attended my arraignment alongside Mr. Moffitt, showing
her interest in my punishment and intent that Mr. Moffitt follow
through with the charge against me. Mr. Moffitt also placed his
brand-new, custom-built house on the market within days after
filing the charge against me. He had lived there only a matter of
weeks.

This case was dismissed with prejudice by Judge Collins.  The petition was removed from the internet on the complaint of Nancy Blackmore.
