We just published an update for the Sense app for Android, which includes the new 2.7.0 version of the sense-android-library. The update should become available throughout the Play Store in the next few hours.
The notable changes are as follows.
App changes:
- Toggle sample rate and sync rate from main screen
- New status bar and launcher icons
Library changes:
- Added intelligent sampling scheduler to save energy
- Added burst-mode option to motion sensors
- Added support for real-time sensor data processing
- Upgraded to Cordova 2.7.0
- Improved proximity sensor, changed data type
- Fixed call to get recent sensor data from local storage
- Fixed crash on devices without Bluetooth adapter
- Fixed in-order transmission of sensor data
