Please test Commons app 5.1.3 for imminent release

Dear testers,

Google Play is threatening to remove the Commons app due to violations (without telling us exactly why).

We have tried various fixes that they did not like either, and we are up for removal tomorrow (February 27).

We have thus decided to take the extreme measure of temporarily withdrawing features that show potentially unsafe content to the user:

- Explore

- Peer review

We had to perform this change very quickly, so we need your help testing the new version, in particular testing Upload and Nearby.

You can check whether you are using the newest version in "About", the version string should be 5.1.3 (or possibly above if we send further updates today/tomorrow).

Please report any issue at https://github.com/commons-app/apps-android-commons/issues mentioning the version string (long-press to copy it from About).
