Hello Coordination,

I hope this email finds you all well. Our next meeting is Wednesday, September 26th, at 4:30pm in SUB b028. Please note the date change - Communication and Coordination have permanently switched days, so Wednesday is now our day.

Below is our agenda thus far. If you would like to add any new items, please do not hesitate to post here or send me an email.

1. Introductions and check-in
2. Increasing our capacity - two weeks ago we used World Cafe to explore how we can increase the capacity of Common Energy. We will follow up on this, and discuss how we can make our ideas a part of our everyday structure.
   
3. Logistics for the conference - classroom speaking, postering, leafleting, day-of logistics, and more.

Hey Mark,

I'll have to leave early tomorrow to attend the Food new member meeting.

Thanks for helping me out with the room bookings yesterday. Unfortunately they were all booked up for when I wanted them. Although I think rm 203 was available, but Carmen said you didn't like that room so she didn't book it. Would that room be suitable for the new member meeting we are having tomorrow, or should I keep looking elsewhere on campus?
