CE Coordination Meeting Tuesday, Sept 4

Hello Coordination

The next coordination meeting will be Tuesday, September 4th at 4:30pm in SUB b028.  If there are any items you would like to add to the agenda, please do so on the wiki or contact me. 

Here is the agenda:

1) Coordinator check-in and introductions
2) Approval of last meeting's minutes
3) Building capacity - how do we make it as easy as possible for new members to transition into the working groups and integrative projects and start contributing? (use open space)
4) Coordination rights and responsibilities - on the coordination main page under the talk section, there is a space to put ideas for the team's rights and responsibilities.  Please feel free to add ideas and discussion, and we will discuss.

Please note that the conference planning item has been removed from the agenda. All conference items will be discussed Wednesday, September 5th, at the Town Hall Conference Planning Meeting (September 5th at 4:30pm in the Halpern Centre (GSS) room 108).
