Coordination Meeting June 26th - Call for Agenda Items

Hello Coordination,

Thank you all for a productive meeting last Tuesday; having more people in the room contributed to very positive energy.  Please check out the meeting minutes from last Tuesday at http://uvic.commonenergy.org/wiki/Coordination-June-19-2007

Working Agenda

1. Approval of last week's minutes

2. Coordinator check-in: a chance for coordinators to update the progress of their Working Groups.  In the case that they may be facing challenges, the group can brainstorm possible solutions.

3. Review Coordination Resource Manual: On Tuesday we discussed the increasing responsibilities for coordinators, and how 'resource manuals' may make it easier to keep track of changes.  By Tuesday these should be close to completion, but before we distribute them, they need to be approved by the coordination team.

4. Create a list of services: Brainstorm a list of services that are available from the coordination team for working groups, teams and other groups within CE.

5. Meeting Protocol Monitor: Thank you Joe Melton for being the inaugural Meeting Protocol Monitor.  Any volunteers for July 2 - July 9?

6. Preliminary planning for September Conference: Time pending, we will start to discuss.  This will be the priority throughout July.
