Coordination - Call for Agenda Items

Hello Coordination Team,

There will be a coordination meeting Tuesday, August 14th at 4:30pm in SUB b028 (UVic).  Below are the items on the agenda thus far:

1. Coordinator check-in - Update timeline for planning projects
2. Approval of minutes from July 31st
3. Review last week's actions  
4. Assessing Conference Fees - one option for meeting our conference budget is to charge a conference fee.  There are many positives and negatives for charging conference fees, and it will require careful thought.  If you cannot make the meeting, but you would like to weigh in on this issue, please send me an email or add your thoughts to the main coordination discussion page.
5. Coordination Team Rights and Responsibilities

Hi Everyone

 

Mark, I will try to come, especially as there is not Dev Meeting this week. As for fees...I would have a suggested donation of $20-$50...or $40 (with receipt given) or nothing at all....We were well subsidized for this conference so charging people does not make sense to me. Inclusion is #1.

 

As for the meal , same thing....people pay what they can
