Hello Coordination,
There are only a few small changes to the agenda. The meeting is tomorrow, Tuesday, July 24th at 4:30pm in the Halpern Students' Centre, room 112. If you can't make it, please let me know.

Review last week's actions.
Report back regarding formalization of meeting monitor position.
Local foods Dinner - (self-organizing or outsourcing?)
Saturday presentations and conversations - how are we going to
organize the working groups (put the working groups into groups of
threes, and then the three integrative projects).
How are we going to record information in a manner that is transparent and easy to follow?
What is the timeline to ensure that the planning projects are ready for the conference?

I can come on Thursday,
not today. I can add a few more ideas either tomorrow or on Thursday at the
Development meeting. Let me know how-if i can help more...I can cycle down
during the day to meet with you and/or Brandy too.
