Thanks to all of you who were able to make it to the meeting last Tuesday, it was great to see so many faces in the room. The next coordination meeting is
Tuesday, July 24th at 4:30pm, again in the Halpern Students' Centre, room 112

- Review last week's actions.
- Report back regarding formalization of meeting monitor position.

Going Beyond Climate Neutral Conference Planning for our current progress. We need to specifically make decisions on the following:
- Local foods Dinner - (self-organizing or outsourcing?)
- Saturday presentations and conversations - how are we going to
organize the working groups (put the working groups into groups of
threes, and then the three integrative projects).
- How are we going to record information in a manner that is transparent and easy to follow?
- What is the timeline to ensure that the planning projects are ready for the conference?
