CE Coordination Meeting - Call for Agenda Items

This is a call for agenda items for the next Coordination meeting, which will be Tuesday, June 19th at 4:30pm in SUB b028. There are currently four items on the agenda. The primary focus of the meeting will be how Common Energy can support the working group coordinators, so new members can integrate into the group as quickly and smoothly as possible, and so the working groups can work as effectively as possible.
Below are the issues on the agenda thus far:
1) Approval of last week's minutes.
2) New responsibilities for coordinators - engaging new members through recruitment - the recruitment team is currently creating strategies to engage new members. As working groups is the way most new members want to engage, we need to ensure their entry into the organization is as smooth as possible.
3) Creating a coordinator toolkit for existing and new coordinators - from agenda item two, there is an increasing number of responsibilities for coordinators. Would it be useful to create a 'coordinator toolkit' to assist coordinators in their work?
4) Meeting Protocol Monitor - recently there has been discussion surrounding having a protocol meeting monitor to ensure meetings are being called and conducted with appropriate notice. We need to discuss how this would be facilitated.
