Coordination Meeting July 17th - AGENDA

Hello Coordination,

The Coordination meeting this week is Tuesday, July 17th at 4:30pm.  The location is the Halpern Centre for Graduate Students.

1. Coordinator check-in - a chance for coordinators to share the current progress of their working groups.
   
2. Approval of last week's minutes
   
3. Review last week's actions
   
4. Continue conference planning - the Research team is making great progress finalizing the conference agenda.  The Coordination team will begin planning the logistics to make it happen. 
   
5. Lecture series planning - the lecture series in January was a great success.  We will discuss if we want to have a lecture series again, and possible timelines.
